Welcome to the Brain and Body Warrior, A blueprint of lived lessons to help you understand your brain, conquer your body and develop your warrior mindset.
It’s Brain Day.
The Brain
S****y inputs = S****y results.
If there’s something close to a universal truth when it comes to overall health and wellbeing this is probably it.
Einstein never thought of this s***.
Obvious? God I f*****g hope so.
But let me ask you this:
Just what inputs are you putting into your brain?
(…and the plot thickens).
But the problem goes deeper than this.
For most people, they don’t even realise they have any control over the things they put into their brain in the first place. They just let their brain dictate everything.
Big mistake.
Our brain’s are lazy, self-centred, egotistical, negative c*** faces. They don’t really serve us that well when they’re in control (believe me, I know).
But here’s the really fun part:
Without guidance or self awareness, your brain can actually help throw up its own inputs, locking you into a house of mirrors style negative feedback loop.
This is often done in the form of negative questions (one of the most important inputs for your brain).
Think about it. If left to its own devices, what kind of questions will your brain ask you? Probably things like:
What’s wrong with me?
Why do I even bother?
Why can’t I do this/it?
The problem with this? Your brain will actively look for the answer to these questions, serving them up to you.
You’ll then see all the reasons why you can’t do something, why you should feel awful about yourself and why you should simply give up and not try.
But what if you flipped it?
What if you asked yourself empowering questions instead? Things like:
What did I do wrong in this situation and how can I learn from it?
What’s the reason I want to/must do this?
What can I do now to get better at this? Am I missing something?
It’s the exact opposite. Your brain will begin to throw up solutions instead of excuses. That’s when things become possible. That’s when things suddenly change.
Questions really are one of the most powerful inputs for your brain.
So, I ask again:
What inputs are you putting into your brain? Are you asking yourself negative or empowering questions?

Truth!
